Double bed. Shower. Hand basin. W.C. T.V.
£60 per night.
£35 per night single occupancy.
Booking and Conditions;
Please note that both rooms have a double bed. Twin beds are not available.
We do not accept children under 12 years.
Ley Park is not a commercial hotel, a 'mini' hotel, a guest house, or a house crammed with loads of B&B rooms!
If booking within 7 days of arrival date.
Payment in full at time of booking. If you cancel, your payment will not be returnable, other than at our discretion if we are able to let the room. We will try to be as helpful as circumstances allow.
Booking in advance of 7 days prior to arrival date.
25% payable at time of booking. The balance to be paid on arrival.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival the deposit will not be refunded, other than at our discretion if we are able to let the room.
Payment by personal cheque with a guarantee card.
Cash is acceptable.
Payment may also be made by PayPal. (£2 fee to be added please).
We will at all times do our best to be as helpful and flexible as we can, especially with respect to 'last minute' bookings.
