A lovely place to stay for B&B when visiting North Devon or North Cornwall - we're right on the border near Hartland, Clovelly and Bude. |
Situated half a mile from the South West Coast Path, in a quiet rural designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.
Standing on the high ground directly between the National Trust Welcombe Mouth beach, and The Wildlife Trusts Nature Reserve of Marsland and Marsland beach in Cornwall.

Wonderful coastal views! Five minutes walk to the South and you are in protected woodland. Ten minutes walk down our lane and through the fields to the West and you are on the South West Coast Path looking at Welcombe Mouth's sandy beach or Marsland Mouth beach from the headland. |
Hi Tim and Angie
Sorry for the belatedness of this e mail to say thank you so much for your hospitality a couple of weeks ago.
We all enjoyed our short break enormously and your accommodation and catering is truly five star along with your pleasant personalities and conversation. There is certainly an atmosphere of peace and tranquility at Ley Park which was much appreciated as we all were in need of a slower pace for a few days!
Look forward to meeting you again, hopefully in the not too distant future.
Kind regards and best wishes
Judy, Laura and Naroop

There are numerous Public Footpaths and delightful walks that start from Ley Park.
The area abounds with birds of all types and is ideal for bird watching.
Excellent base for fishing, beach or boat. We can arrange sea fishing trips and trips to Lundy Island. Subject to availability and weather.
Welcombe and Marsland are renowned for their surfing and there is a good local surf scene. We have a Surf School based just down the road.
