Situated half a mile from the South West Coast Path, in a quiet rural designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Standing on the high ground directly between the National Trust Welcombe Mouth beach, and The Wildlife Trusts Nature Reserve of Marsland and Marsland beach in Cornwall. Wonderful coastal views! Five minutes walk to the South and you are in protected woodland. Ten minutes walk down our lane and through the fields to the West and you are on the South West Coast Path looking at Welcombe Mouth's sandy beach or Marsland Mouth beach from the headland. Subject to availability and weather. Welcombe and Marsland are renowned for their surfing and there is a good local surf scene. We have a Surf School based just down the road.
